The Boot Fitter job is more than a job. General Duties the Boot Fitter Does are:
- Engage and connect with our customers by providing the best service.
- Prepare customer footbed fabrication, boot shell and liner modifications.
- Utilize a state of the art, 3D scanner to obtain images and precise measurement of customer’s foot and lower leg to determine the optimal fit.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
What the Boot Fitter will need to be a great candidate:
- Previous experience in ski shop and boot fitting required.
- High level of Snowsports industry product knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working in a team setting and helping other departments when needed
