Full Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Position Available

SALARY:

• $90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify mental health needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions
• Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
• Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
• Assist clients with discharge planning and conducts care coordination. Works closely with various providers in the region or system to facilitate access to services.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must have 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
• Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
• Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
