Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, working 4 to 5 days per week.
- Typical clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- On-call responsibilities may be assigned on a rotational basis.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose foot and ankle conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and conditions, considering non-surgical and surgical interventions as appropriate.
- Perform surgical procedures such as bunionectomies, hammertoe corrections, foot and ankle fusions, and other podiatric surgeries, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient safety.
- Prescribe and manage appropriate medications, orthotics, and assistive devices to alleviate pain, promote healing, and enhance mobility.
- Provide comprehensive foot care services, including wound management, diabetic foot care, nail and skin treatments, and routine foot care.
- Educate patients on preventive foot care measures, lifestyle modifications, and self-management techniques to promote long-term foot health.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and primary care physicians, to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and any relevant observations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and research in podiatry through continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited podiatry school.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a podiatrist.
- Board certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) or the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS).
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.
- Proficient in performing surgical procedures related to podiatry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and empower patients.
