Invoice Coordinator

Job Overview

This position is directly responsible for verifying, entering, and storing invoices. The invoice Coordinator will evaluate invoices for accuracy, administrative support to contracts, data abstraction, data entry, and internet searches, depending on the scope of work.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards excellent communication skills and can take the initiative and prioritize daily tasks.

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:

• Limited answering of telephones - give information as needed, take messages and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Preparing/printing, sorting, and filing invoices.
• Prepare various status reports, including activity, follow-up, and adhere to goals.
• Work with the warehouse to finalize shift responsibilities.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Things that are a plus but not a deal-breaker:

• 
  2 to 3 years of hands-on experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Office
• High School diploma.
• Demonstrates time management skills,
• Organized and detail-oriented, reliable, and demonstrates a high level of motivation.
