As a Site Superintendent at Eden Prairie, MN you will be responsible for ensuring the site is properly maintained and that all safety requirements are met. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the Site Operations team to ensure the smooth running of the site and that all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in construction or related field.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Pass a background check and drug test.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical, as well as OSHA 10 Hazardous Construction site physical.
- Must have knowledge of construction safety best practices, including knowledge of general construction tools and equipment, as well as the ability to read plans and understand written instructions.
- Ability to read and understand basic written instructions in English.
- Ability to pass OSHA 10 Hazardous Construction Site Safety Practices, as well as the pre-employment drug screen.
