Responsibilities of a Wireless Sales Associate:
As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will service the customer’s needs, make recommendations based on their specifications.
- Be a Brand Ambassador for T-Mobile services
- Utilize digital tools to provide outstanding customer service during and after the sale
- Retain customers by recommending current products and services
- Utilize training to stay current on the newest technology products and services
