Our client is recruiting for a Micro-electronic Solder / Assembler . The ideal candidates needs to be comfortable working in a small businesses in a laid back atmosphere where team collaboration is vital.
This role is performed in a Clean Room Environment, performing various assembly tasks on ceramic substrates or related metal packages.
Responsibilities :
- Prior microelectronics assembly experience required
- Assemble and solder under a microscope
- Attach and remove components and wires / wire bonding
- Rework
- Complete all paperwork, time sheets, etc.
- Follow ISO practices and work instructions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Observe ESD practices and cleanliness requirements
