Position : Associate Attorney in Overland Park, Kansas

Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist with case management and strategy
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
Requirements :
- Admission to the bar in Kansas and Missouri, or willingness to obtain licenses in both states
- Minimum of two years of experience in litigation
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated dedication and passion for the legal profession
