Qualifications
- 4 years of litigation experience (professional liabitity or workers comp exp a plus)
- Proficiency in drafting briefs, pleadings, motions, and written discovery
- Experience handling multiple cases independently, while collaborating on cases in a team setting
- Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
- Active membership with the FL state bar
- Motivated to learn and grow
- Propounding and responding to discovery
- Take and defend depositions and attend court hearings
- Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
- Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements
- Manage your own cases
- Extremely competitive base salary performance bonus'
