- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Proven skills in quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimating techniques.
- Estimate project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
- Be good with change orders and minimize costs.
- Attend site meetings when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or relevant field from an accredited four-year college or university a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience estimating in Heavy Civil projects.
- Working knowledge of HCSS HeavyBid and Agtek a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural plans and specifications.
