- Bridge Superintendent**
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience managing primarily Heavy Bridge such as Concrete Bridges, including design, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and regulations, and familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project success.
- Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
