Required Background
- Juris Doctor from ABA accredited law school
- Active bar license
- Highly skilled litigator with a minimum of ten years of experience at trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Well-versed in federal and state employment law, rules of civil procedure, and rules of evidence.
- Powerful high stakes negotiation skills.
- Adroit interpersonal skills for communication with clients and opposing counsel. Independent and proactive case management.
- Skilled user of technology.
