Manufacturing Supervisor
High precision vertical, horizontal CNC manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for immediate hire. Supervisory experience REQUIRED
- Troubleshooting CNC/MILLS/LATHE manual mills/lathes, drill presses, jig bores, sanders, grinders, and other relevant equipment.
- Strong knowledge of interpreting specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection techniques.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills to supervise and motivate a team.
- Organizational and time management abilities to meet production goals.
• Information Systems (e.g., Plexus) is a plus. • Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
