Position : Project Manager / Estimator
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all facets of commercial drywall construction projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project success- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
Essential Job Functions :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in drywall, framing, metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, gypsum walls, etc.
- Proficiency in OST / QuickBid software
Skills :
- Strong project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments
Salary : $65,000 to $150,000 DOE
