- Call on potential and existing customers to develop new business and cross-sell services.

- Ensure all lending activities comply with the bank's lending policies.
- Currently engaged in commercial lending within the local market.
- Proven track record of achieving high production goals.
- Ability to expand loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products.
- Familiarity with loan processing and closing processes.
- Strong underwriting skills.
