Job Posting for Commercial Paralegal at gpac

  • Must have a lot of commercial experience
  • Examining title reports, underlying documents, complex surveys, zoning certificates and other real property due diligence document
  • Analyzing and reviewing title and survey documents and prepare necessary documents to correct or clear title
  • Summarizing files and preparing memoranda for 10 attorneys
  • Organizing closing documentation
  • Coordinating post-closing follow-up including recording documents, wiring funds, organizing files and preparation of closing documents binders
  • Preparing and managing of real estate loan
  • Reviewing of ancillary related documents such as checklists, purchase and sale agreements, conveyance documents, easements, and security instruments
  • Keeping accurate billable records
  • Nationwide closings
