Busy Law Firm specializing in worker's compensation cases is looking for a dynamic Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years’ experience Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury on defense side.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in worker's compensation cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Manage discovery and document production.
- Advise clients on legal rights and strategies.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff.
Qualifications
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Illinois State Bar.
- 3-5 years of worker's compensation experience preferred.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
Compensation / Benefits
- 90k 120k DOE
