Background:
- 8 years of law firm experience as a corporate attorney required
- Portable book of business preferred, not required
- Experience with complex corporate transactions, M&A and/or private equity transactions,
- Candidates with business succession planning as well as real estate transactions will be viewed positively
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio
- Extraordinary attention to detail, solid business judgement, and client-development skills are key
