A Top Residential Construction Business in the area is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. This stable and growing company offers its clients valuable homes of top quality. Due to the recent growth of the business, there is an opportunity for a Project Manager to join a team of highly motivated staff. This company offers tremendous room for growth to all positions.
Project Manager Functions/Qualifications:
- 3-4 years Residential Homebuilding/Production or Custom Home Building experience required.
- Ability to effectively recruit and manage sub-contractors.
- Must be able to manage your construction schedule.
- Manage scope of work to ensure timely, accurate, and quality completion of work.
- Residential Construction knowledge and OSHA safety requirements a plus
- Must have a sense of urgency, a ton of projects are underway!
