My client is Looking for an energetic Dental Office Manager with a great personality and amazing communication skills to join our fantastic team. We are a fast-growing state-of-the-art practice with a tremendous focus on customer service. My client strives to hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure an efficient flow of daily operations; from the reception area to dental assisting staff.

Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Track and improve performance of front and office staff, and dental assistance
- Plan and conduct officer meetings and touchpoints
- Create financial plans and collect treatment money.
- Handle supply and equipment management.
- Answer calls and schedule patients.
- Ask patients for feedback.
- Handle dental insurance claims and ensure a positive working relationship with dental insurance companies.
- Set up and clean operatories, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Dental office experience: 1 year (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
