What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dentist position at gpac?
My client recently opened several Dentist opportunities throughout their dentist-owned and dentist-led Market. My client offers clinical support with direct one-on-one mentoring to all their Dentist & Specialist. My client allows you to concentrate on your area of expertise, while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. My client strives to hire great people from top to bottom to ensure an efficient flow of daily operations, from the reception area to dental assisting staff. Not only do you have the freedom to focus on the clinical side of dentistry, but you have control over treatment plans.
Benefits:
- 2-year contract with a $12k/mo minimum guarantee for a 5-day work week or 28% of doctor production of collections for the month, whichever is greater.
- Option to purchase 15% of practice at contract signing for $40,000; if 15% is purchased, after 1 year of service, an additional 15% will be granted at no cost, for a total of 30% ownership of the practice in year one.
- The office is currently doing 1.2M with very little Medicaid and the potential to add another day.
- The office is an opportunity for ownership. The team is well established and our current partner is happy to help to transition to the new doctor so that it is successful.
- The clinic has CBCT, digital radiography, electric handpieces, itero, implant motors, waveone endo.
- We have the ability to continue at the current location or build a new building (the partner would have the opportunity to invest in the building with us).
Responsibilities:
- Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
- Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
- Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
Qualifications:
- Dental degree from an accredited dental school in the United States.
- Previous experience is preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon-to-be college graduates.
- License (pending or active) issued by the State Board of Dental Examiners
- Applicants pending the completion of education or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
