Qualifications :
- General Contractor Business Development experience in the commercial construction industry, with their own book of business
- Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered
- Thorough understanding of construction processes and ability to navigate job sites
- Highly motivated, driven, outgoing and the ability to work with little supervision
- Extensive knowledge in the general contractor construction processes that aid in completing projects on time and within budget
- Effective communication skills are a must to build and maintain client relationships
