Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with a strong background in industrial manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems and components for industrial applications.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct testing and analysis to identify issues and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with other engineers and departments to integrate electrical designs into broader systems.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and electrical design tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Experience with PLCs, motor controls, and automated systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of robotics and advanced manufacturing technologies.
