- 3 years of practice as an employment litigation attorney (this need not be the candidate's entire practice);
- Ability to independently handle employment litigation attorney matters such as motions, hearings and depositions with some trial prep and/or trial experience;
- Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate professionally in a high-stakes @context;
- Excellent academic credentials or verifiable success in litigation @context as an employment litigation attorney;
- Responsible mindset with the ability and willingness to take ownership of cases with some supervision;
- MN-licensed.
