Our client is looking to add an experienced estimator to their team in Island Lake, Illinois! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedules appointments with customer.
- Works with customer and Technician to identify required repair work.
- Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
- Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.
- Enters itemized estimate on repair order and explains estimate to customer.
- Meets standards for repair/order production.
- Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
- Follows rules and regulations.
- Demonstrates the Company's Core Values
- Complies with Company policies and procedures
- Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifitcations:
- Minimum 2 years in the automotive industry
- Able to preform front end and back end work
- I-CAR and CCC1 are not required, but they do add value
- Pays attention to detail
