Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and coordinate the operations necessary for grain movement within the facility
- Maintain equipment and make repairs as needed
- Ensure proper safety procedures are being followed at all times
- Be ready and willing to operate any and all equipment necessary for operations
Qualifications:
- Experience in the agriculture industry, knowlege of grain storage equipment desired
- Mechanical, welding, and equipment operations skills required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work without supervision
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
- Able to lift 50 pounds
