As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all horizontal site work on assigned job sites and ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Here are some key responsibilities, essential job functions, and skills required for the Field Manager:
Field Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple job sites and project timelines
- Manage a variety of contractors/subs for all horizontal site work
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Liaise with project architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Maintain project documentation and report regularly on project status
Field Manager Essential Job Functions:
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management tools
Field Manager Skills:
