gpac is partnered with a well-established and operated Industrial Machinery & Equipment company in search of a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician .

Position Responsibilities :
- Installing or updating company-maintained equipment in various field locations
- Configure hardware and software components following installation
- Carry out regular maintenance on technological equipment and testing equipment to identify problems.
- Keep track of all tools and equipment used during service calls
- Instruct / Encourage customers to utilize the equipment properly
Qualifications :
- Must have CDL
- Proactive
- Preferred to have 3-5 years experience troubleshooting, repair repairing, and servicing heavy equipment
- Familiarity with basic tools and tool usage, including but not limited to, welding skills.
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-reliant / Organizational skills
- Little to no supervision needed
- Team player
