Main Objective: Our primary goal is to expand our local office. We are focusing on merger and acquisition opportunities to incorporate a small to mid-sized firm in the surrounding area. We are seeking high-quality attorneys and professionals who are eager to join a firm that emphasizes a collaborative practice, where team members support one another and our clients on a personal level.
Key Hiring Priorities
Top Priority: Seeking a Real Estate/Land Use/Transactional attorney to join as a lateral partner (likely non-equity, depending on the business they bring), with a minimum of $260,000 in business. A larger book of business is preferred and would lead to higher compensation. We anticipate being able to provide approximately 600-800 hours of work annually in this practice area. Senior-level associates without a book of business will also be considered.
Second Priority: Looking for a commercial litigator with a focus on real estate to join as a lateral partner (likely non-equity, depending on the business they bring), with a minimum of $260,000 in business.
