As the end of the year is quickly approaching, one of our clients is currently looking into finding a proven Foreman/Operator and Project Manager who has the ability to spearhead their daily operations in all facets.
Essentially, this position should find you well if you find yourself capped off where you are currently at and want to not only make a career advancement, but having the opportunity to be able to work all year long and be promoted within. If you are willing to travel, this would also be a big bonus.
Foreman Requirements:
- Strong foundation and understanding in all phases and processes of leading crews, operating on basic heavy equipment, and executing projects in Concrete, Waster Water, Demolition, and Underground Utilities.
- Having a strong work ethic. In other words, someone who is reliable and accountable.
- Ability to create strong relationships with your Crew, Builders, Contractors, and all personnel that has an impact big or small during start to finish with such projects.
Project Manager Requirements:
- Strong foundation and understanding in all phases of bidding, project management, and 5 years of preferred experience in dealing with Waste Water Treatment projects.
- Having a strong work ethic. In other words, someone who is reliable and accountable.
- Ability to create strong relationships with your Crew, Builders, Contractors, and all personnel that has an impact big or small during start to finish with such projects.
