What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreman position at Gpac?

The ideal candidate will have:
- Five years minimum Experience in underground/dirt work
- Experience with the water main, sewer main, and sewer pipe
- Proven leadership - will be running a team of five
- Heavy equipment experience required, will be running an excavator and other equipment as needed
