What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Dentist position at Gpac?
My well-established & respected client recently opened several General Dentist opportunities. They offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentoring. My client allows you to concentrate on your area of expertise, while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. They hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure efficient flow of daily operations. Not only do you have the freedom to focus on the clinical side of dentistry, but you have control over treatment plans.
Benefits:
- Minimum daily guarantee of $900 along with a % of production/collections

Dentist Responsibilities:
- Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
- Standard Dentistry: Root Canals, Implants, Oral Surgery, Bread & Butter
- 15-20 patients per day
- Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree
- Previous experience preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon to be college graduates.
- Leadership qualities and empathy are a must
