What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grain Merchandiser position at Gpac?
Gpac is partnered with a major grain facility that is seeking an experienced Grain Merchandiser to provide excellent customer service, coordinate shipping/logistics of grain, gather price information, constantly monitor rail and barge markets, and develop marketing strategies for grain and co-products.
Successful candidate must have excellent communications skills, a desire and ability to develop relationships with customers, commodity trading experience (minimum 1-2 years), be a team player, problem solver and capable of multi-tasking.
