A leading construction firm is seeking their next Human Resources Director! This is a great opportunity with a stable firm that can provide opportunity for advancement!

Responsibilities

  • Ensure HR and organization’s long-term mission while planning, leading, developing, and implementing procedures for strategic success
  • Emphasis on interpersonal skills, team building, and planning in a strategic Human Resources role
  • Direct full lifecycle recruiting to include drafting job descriptions, advertisements, recruiting, selecting, and interviewing potential candidates with Management
  • Oversees all employee records: promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations
  • Coordinates training or trains on interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance management, performance review, and sexual harassment
  • Administering benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. 
  • Partners with Executive team and Managers to provide pay ranges for current and upcoming job positions

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 7 years related experience
  • SHRM Certification
  • Construction or Real Estate experience preferred
