Responsibilities
- Ensure HR and organization’s long-term mission while planning, leading, developing, and implementing procedures for strategic success
- Emphasis on interpersonal skills, team building, and planning in a strategic Human Resources role
- Direct full lifecycle recruiting to include drafting job descriptions, advertisements, recruiting, selecting, and interviewing potential candidates with Management
- Oversees all employee records: promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations
- Coordinates training or trains on interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance management, performance review, and sexual harassment
- Administering benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Partners with Executive team and Managers to provide pay ranges for current and upcoming job positions
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 7 years related experience
- SHRM Certification
- Construction or Real Estate experience preferred
