Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting our employees throughout their lifecycle with the company.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboard new employees and facilitate their smooth transition into the company.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Support performance management processes through coaching managers and employees, conducting performance reviews, and implementing development plans.
- Supports processing of semi-monthly payroll.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Assist with HR reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience, 4 years, as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
