What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside sales kitchen position at Gpac?
- Work with customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell a wide range of products
- Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information
- Greet guests upon arriving in our retail showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
- Prepare job quotations and submittals
- Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, handling complaints timely and accurately
- Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
- Providing customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability
- Entering Sales Orders and Bids, expedite purchases, and maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order processing
- Maintain accurate and organized customer files
- Client follow-up, tracking orders from beginning to end regarding quotes and landing the sale
- Develop long-term relationships with builders, plumbers, and designers.
Job Requirements :
- Multi-tasking and ability to work well under pressure of deadlines
- Desire to exceed client & company expectations
- Strong consultative sales skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (both oral and written) with the ability to perform business math Sales Profit!!
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up & organizational skills
- Technical expertise and knowledge of company products
- Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
- Team player who works productively with all departments and customers
- Professional demeanor and great attitude
- High school diploma / GED required
- Minimum 2 years in similar position preferred
