JOB DESCRIPTION
Salary:120-160 Performance based bonuses
Location: Fairfax, VA

The Land Surveyor Manager position will lead a team that works hard to not only meet high expectations, but to also exceed our client's goals as well. Required Experience:
- 10 or more years of related work experience
- Ability to Perform ALTA/ACSM, Boundary, topographic, and Construction Survey's
- Be point of contact for all clients from initial contact to completion
- Ability to manage multiple field crews and projects at any given time
- The ability to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients
- Working knowledge of Trimble, Sokkia, or Leica Surveying Equipment
Required Education:
- Associates or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or land Surveying is preferred
- PLS licensure preferred, but would consider a strong LSIT
