What are the responsibilities and job description for the Location Manager position at gpac?
Working with a well-known and respected implement dealer that is urgently looking for a Location Manager for one of their locations. Must be knowledgeable, organized and detail-oriented candidate that takes pride in great customer service and builds relationships with customers and the team.
Location/Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Parts Manager, Service Manager, and Sales Representatives, and sales of wholegoods.
- Leads the process of defining and communicating the Business' values/principles, vision, and mission.
- Developing yearly business plan & budget with department managers and functional managers.
- Facilitates the hiring, development, evaluation, and effectiveness of the management team.
- Build teamwork to promote equipment to customers, employees and community.
- Stress customer satisfaction and customer experience is always to be #1 priority with all employees.
Location/Sales Manager Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 3 yearsof management in a dealership setting
- 1 additional years experience as a parts or service manager or in sales role preferred.
- Knowledge of agricultural and/or turf equipment and farming or operational practices required
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial metrics, marketing experience, and solid understanding of sales, parts, and service operations.
