Gpac is seeking a Maintenance Technician for one of our clients in Cen tral Wisconsin . A well-known food manufacturer, providing fresh locally processed, high-quality products for over 30 years, is actively searching for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team.

Key Responsibilities :
Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
Ensure smooth operation of machines and building systems.
Maintain drives, motors, belts, fluid levels, and filters.
Use a variety of tools, from hand tools to precision instruments and testing devices.
Assemble, install, or repair electrical components, pipe systems, plumbing, and machinery.
Diagnose and fix mechanical problems using blueprints and repair manuals.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Comply with SQF 2000 processes for product safety and quality.
Ideal Candidate :
Experience : 2 years in management within a dairy or pasteurization facility.
Motivation and Leadership : Highly motivated with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Technical Proficiency : Ability to operate all equipment necessary for manufacturing operations.
Data Management : Familiarity with data management programs.
Food Safety Knowledge : Strong understanding of GMP and Food Safety protocols.
Leadership Mindset : Demonstrated leadership skills, great communication, and drive.
