Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration systems, conveyor belts, ovens, boilers, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems during the 2nd shift.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs that reduce downtime and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians and report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, with potential for career advancement.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in the areas of mechanical systems, electrical systems, or both.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus, enhancing communication across our diverse team.
