- 10 years as a Project Manager within the marine construction industry
- Experience with projects ranging from pile driving, concrete, deck and bridge construction, demolition, etc.
- Ability to estimate with a proven track record of winning bids and creating profit
- Schedule and manage trade partners
- Hire, teach, and train.
