Marine Technician

A client company of gpac's is looking for detail oriented, quality focused people who go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right every time. You must be able to work outdoors and must be able to be physically active for long periods of time. Experienced technician from either auto or marine is preferred.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a technician (marine)
• Ability to work outdoors and be physically active for extended periods of time
• Valid driver's license
• Must have Strong Attention to Detail
• High school or equivalent
  
  

Job Description: Full-Time

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a boat technician
• Inspect, maintain, and repair boats of all kinds.
• Using diagnostic equipment test and repair boat engines, hulls, propellers, rigging, masts, sails, and navigational equipment.
• Operate, maintain and account for company equipment and vehicles
• Answer clients questions and/or concerns about their boats, maintenance, repairs, etc.
• Keep complete and accurate service records and repair documents.
