- Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of market-rate multifamily development projects, including site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, design, construction, and lease-up.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate potential development opportunities.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, pro formas, and financial models to ensure profitability and financial viability.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Permitting and Entitlements: Navigate the permitting and entitlement process, ensuring compliance with local zoning and regulatory requirements.
