Master Automotive Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified service technician!

Job Responsibilities :

• Inspect and test vehicles to identify necessary and applicable repairs
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components / systems, using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, electrical, steering, brakes, heating, air conditioning, etc
• Communicate directly with the service writer or manager so that customers are informed of any services needed
• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance to our standards
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for all maintenance and repairs

Qualifications :

ASE certification a plus but not required

• At least B level qualifications and experience
• Mechanical / troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, and good work ethic
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• You must have your own tools.
• Valid driver's license and pass MVR

• Competitive hourly compensation depending on experience
• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Life insurance is 100% paid. Employee health insurance is paid at approximately 75% and dependent coverage available but none paid until after the first year of employment and then its covered at approximately 50%.

It’s a tiered program. Employee Dental and Vision is paid at approximately 75% for employee only. Dependant coverage IS available but no dental or vision for dependents is covered at this time

• Paid vacation after 1-year, Paid holidays after 90 days, and PTO up to 40 hrs. accruing immediately upon hire and available to take after 90 days
• 401 (k) with Profit Sharing after 1 year of employment. So even if you choose not to contribute, if company contributes profit to the plan, you will get part of that.

• Monday-Friday day shift. NO weekends or nights. (Family time is very important to us). You may have to work extended hours when necessary to achieve goals
