Required:
- 15 years of MEP management experience
- High School Diploma or greater
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Must have strong skillset in residential & commercial Plumbing & HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
- Strong understanding of HVAC & plumbing/piping functions, modifications and design
- Field Experience
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
- Excellent communication skills & calm demeanor
- Experience in contract negotiation
- Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
