A National Feed Manufacturer is looking for a Feed Mill Manager due to a recent promotion. This company manufactures feed for local dairy, beef and swine producers.
In this role you would oversee the day to day production, increase production, hiring / firing and capital improvement projects.

Feed Mill Manager Job Description
- Maximize production
- Hire / Train / Lead a team of 20 total employees
- Help grow business to become a continuous facility
- Oversee safety, OSHA, HACCP for the facility
- Host international visitors and large customer tours
- Train Employees and hold them accountable
- Manage budgets and P&L
- Be out in the facility making sure things are getting done
Feed Mill Manager Background Requirements
- 3 years manufacturing experience required (livestock feed or nutrition experience is preferred)
- LEAN, OSHA, HACCP and safety experience preferred
- Strong communicator and leader
- Need to be able to motivate and lead people of all levels
- Experience growing a team and improving processes
Compensation And Benefits
- Base Salary between $80,000-$115,000 with 20% bonus possibility
- Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
- 401K with company match
