Nurse Practitioner (Adult/Inpatient/General Medicine)
Location: Clarion and Belond, Iowa
Schedule:
Option 1: 24-hour shifts, 1 week on (Sunday 6pm- Friday 6pm), 1 week off.
Housing provided week on rotation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive inpatient care including managing adult and geriatric patients, coordinating with specialists, and facilatating discharges.
Collaborate wuth nursing staff, allied health professionals, and other physicians to ensure patient care.
Document patient encounters accurately and timely in eletronic medical records.
Actively participate in hospital committees and quality improvements initiatives.
Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner Licensure in State of Iowa
Inpatient experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or relevant specialty.
Ability to wok autonomously with little direct physician oversight.
Execellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary of $150,000-$170,000 annually.
