Key Responsibilities :
- Client Portfolio Management : Oversee a diverse portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to each client.
- Insurance Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough reviews of client insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and prepare competitive quotes to ensure optimal protection.
- Claims Support : Assist clients throughout the claims process, providing guidance and ensuring a seamless and efficient resolution to their claims.
- Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and insurance products to offer clients knowledgeable and relevant advice.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements :
- Experience : A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a solid understanding of various coverage types and policy nuances.
- Licensing : Active state insurance license in Property & Casualty.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Detail Orientation : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
