We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines, with a proven track record of success in account management and client retention.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse client base and to contribute to the growth and success of our agency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a client portfolio ensuring exceptional service and proactive account management.
- Utilize expertise in Personal Lines to advise clients on coverage options and risk management strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team on lead generation, prospecting, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and policy service requests.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to effectively communicate updates to clients.
- Leverage excellent scheduling and organizational skills to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated success in Personal Lines
- Possession of a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Proven ability to achieve a high client retention rate
- Strong proficiency in Account Management, Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Marketing across multiple industries.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse clientele and internal teams.
