The ideal person comes from a construction, heavy equipment or other manufacturing leadership experience. If you are looking for an amazing opportunity to Coach in a 101 Best & Brightest organization that is focused on continuous improvement, keep reading.  PADNOS Plastics Solutions is looking for a high level Operations Manager to safely and efficiently lead the Fremont, IN facility while maximizing our capacity and leveraging CI programs to ensure growth of profits and talent, in a sustainable manner.

 Some of the Outcomes of this role include:

Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant.

• Work with the Director of Plastics to execute the three year Business Plan that will grow PPS sales over the course of that three years.
• Produce and deliver monthly forecasts that are > than 90% accurate.
• Coordinate with Sales and ensure 100% of orders are completed on time and on spec.
• Maintain a Sell vs Capacity Dashboard and provide updates as requested.
• Oversee all capitol request and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance.

• Develop and execute a plan to create an exciting, high energy, can do, world class workplace.
• Hire an A player to manage off shift production by end of year one or when needed to support plan.
• Build a high functioning shop floor team that is cross trained.

Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance.

• Embrace Lean Manufacturing. Train and implement a Lean culture in the facility.
• Ensure Daily Management boards are in place at all required locations, are being fully utilized, and the team is being held accountable to improve OEE.
• Optimize the materials to achieve margin goals.
• Create a regular rhythm for continuous improvement.

Ensure company procedures are followed at all times.

Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
